Paragraph 1: Introduction. Define neutrality and state your claim on if the U.S. could have stayed neutral during WWI.
Paragraph 2: Give one specific example of something that happened during WWI that could back up your claim.
Paragraph 3: Give a second example of something that happened during WWI that could back up your claim.
Paragraph 4: State your claim on what the foreign policy of the U.S. should be today, isolationist or involvement. Give reasons to support your claim. How might the U.S. be different today under your policy?
